Finalisation of the booking: The booking is only guaranteed if the card transaction is successful or if a 30% deposit is paid within 48 hours. If you choose to pay a deposit, the remaining balance can be settled on site, either in cash or by bank transfer. The available dates shown are provisional; your booking becomes final once the deposit has been received. A confirmation will then be sent to you.

Reservations must be made at least 14 days before arrival and can be cancelled or modified free of charge until the end of the first day of this period (except during peak seasons).
In case of cancellation or no-show within 14 days of arrival, the apartment will retain the deposit as a penalty.

During high season, reservations must be made at least 30 days before arrival and may be cancelled or modified free of charge until the end of this period.
In case of cancellation or no-show within 30 days of arrival, the apartment will retain the deposit as a penalty.

The deposit is 30% of the total accommodation price.

As of 1 September 2021, all guests, including children over 14 years of age, are required to present a valid photo ID at check-in, in accordance with Hungarian legislation.

Accepted forms of photo ID:

• Identity card

• Driving licence in card format

• Passport

Without a valid document, the operator is legally obliged to refuse accommodation services, as guest data must be recorded by a document reader and forwarded to the Hungarian Tourism Agency.
